Tatelkuz Lake Ranch & Resort
Tatelkuz Lake Ranch Resort is a family owned and operated Angus/Hereford X cattle ranch. We’re situated on the shores of the pristine Tatulkuz Lake in the heart of central British Columbia, just south of Vanderhoof, surrounded by wilderness, quiet and tranquility.
Our wilderness resort and dude ranch is pleased to offer fishing and boating on an exclusive lake, undisturbed hiking and picnicking in our remote wilderness setting, as well as horseback riding on our Tennessee Walking horses.
The Ranch and Resort is easily accessible by vehicle; however, our 2700 ft long gravel airstrip also makes for an ideal destination point for pilots who are looking for a private gateway, and float planes can dock at the beach as well. Elevation is 3000 ft.

Our closest neighbour lives 8 km west of us and is only accessible by horseback. Our next nearest neghbours are 25 km and 45 km away. This is one of the world’s least developed areas and we are blessed to be pioneering in the midst of it.
